HNE Store Return Policy


If something is wrong with an order that is being fulfilled by the HNE Store, we certainly want to help you. If you have changed your mind and do not want an item that you ordered please return the item to the HNE Store for an in-store credit. To receive your credit:
  1. Return new books, unopened CDs, VHS tapes, and DVDs,
    in their original condition.
  2. Include a copy of your receipt.
  3. Return within 30 days of the shipment date.


If you receive a damaged item, please return the item within 30 days of the shipment date. Upon receipt of the item we will ship you a replacement. Please include a copy of your receipt with the damaged item.
